1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided by Howeasy Network LLC ("Howeasy Network," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

2. Service Description

Howeasy Network is a digital streaming and live event platform providing access to films, music, live broadcasts, event streams, and exclusive media content. Content availability may vary depending on region, device, or licensing agreements.

3. Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the plan selected. All charges are processed via third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize Howeasy Network LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

5. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, consistent with industry streaming standards (similar to Netflix). Once access to content or services has been granted, no refunds or credits will be issued except where required by applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial usage.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or record content without written permission.

Share account credentials with others outside the household or authorized usage area.

Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) protections.

Upload illegal, hateful, or infringing materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on Howeasy Network is licensed or owned by Howeasy Network LLC. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Howeasy Network LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
