Welcome to Howeasy Network. By accessing or using our streaming service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account and using Howeasy Network, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Howeasy Network is a subscription-based streaming service that offers original series, exclusive content, and premium entertainment programming based in Los Angeles. Our service is available for $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Howeasy Network. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Monthly subscription: $3.99 per month, billed monthly. Annual subscription: $39.99 per year, billed annually. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period with no refunds or credits for partial months or years.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our site. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received.
6. USE OF SERVICE
You may access and view content solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may stream content on compatible devices. You may not share your account credentials with others. One account may be used on multiple devices, but simultaneous streaming may be limited based on your subscription.
You agree NOT to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from Howeasy Network; circumvent or disable any security features or digital rights management; use automated systems to access the service; upload viruses or malicious code; use the service for any illegal purpose; sell, rent, or share your account; or record, download, or capture streaming content.
7. CONTENT
All content on Howeasy Network, including videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Howeasy Network or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content except as permitted by these terms.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time without notice. Content availability may vary by location and may change over time.
8. MATURE CONTENT
Howeasy Network may include mature content intended for adult audiences. By using our service, you acknowledge that you may encounter such content and agree that you are of appropriate age to view it. Parental controls may be available to restrict access to certain content.
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use Howeasy Network in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate these terms, including account termination.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of Howeasy Network is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Howeasy Network is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Howeasy Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howeasy Network, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or through your account. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
