REFUND POLICY

At Howeasy Network, we strive to provide the best streaming experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
All subscription fees paid to Howeasy Network are non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law.
NO REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL PERIODS
If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund or credit for:
Partial months of monthly subscriptions
Partial years of annual subscriptions
Unused portions of your subscription period
You will continue to have full access to Howeasy Network until the end of your current paid billing period.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Logging into your account
Going to Account Settings
Selecting Subscription Management
Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
Confirming your cancellation
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
EXCEPTIONS - WHEN REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues:
If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing our service and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
Unauthorized Charges:
If you believe your payment method was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@howeasynetwork.com. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
Duplicate Charges:
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Service Cancellation:
If Howeasy Network discontinues service entirely, we will provide prorated refunds for any unused prepaid subscription periods.
Billing Errors:
If we made an error in billing your account, we will correct the error and refund any overcharges.
REQUESTING A REFUND
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:

Include your account email address and subscription details
Explain the reason for your refund request
Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
AUTO-RENEWAL CHARGES
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
We do not provide refunds for auto-renewal charges if:
You forgot to cancel before your renewal date
You did not use the service during the renewal period
You changed your mind after renewal
To avoid unwanted charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
CHARGEBACKS
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
Immediately terminate your account
Deny future refund requests
Pursue collection of any owed amounts
Please contact us directly at support@howeasynetwork.com to resolve any billing concerns before filing a chargeback.
FREE TRIALS
If we offer a free trial period:
You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
No refund will be provided if you forget to cancel and are charged for the first billing period
Trial eligibility is limited to new subscribers only
PROMOTIONAL PRICING
If you subscribed at a promotional or discounted rate:
Refund amounts (if eligible) will be calculated based on the discounted rate you paid
Promotional pricing cannot be extended or transferred
STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under state or local consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have.
California Residents:
Under California law, you may be entitled to certain refund rights. Contact us for more information.
MODIFICATIONS TO REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of Howeasy Network after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
