What is Howeasy Network?
Howeasy Network is a subscription-based streaming service offering original series, exclusive content, and premium entertainment. We're based in Los Angeles and focused on delivering quality content at an affordable price.
How much does it cost?
We offer two subscription options:
Monthly: $3.99 per month
Annual: $39.99 per year (save $8!)
Is there a free trial?
Please check our website or app for current promotional offers, including any available free trial periods.
How do I sign up?
Visit howeasynetwork.com, click "Subscribe," create an account with your email and password, choose your subscription plan, enter your payment information, and start streaming immediately.
ACCOUNT & BILLING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods displayed during checkout.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged immediately upon subscribing. Monthly subscribers are billed every month on the same date. Annual subscribers are billed once per year.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, go to Account Settings, select Subscription, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm cancellation. You'll have access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of your paid period, but you won't receive a refund for unused time.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to annual or downgrade from annual to monthly through your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email we send you.

What devices can I watch on?

How many devices can I use?
You can use your account on multiple devices, though simultaneous streaming may be limited based on your subscription tier.

Why is my video buffering?

TECHNICAL ISSUES
The app won't open or keeps crashing. What should I do?
Try these steps: close and reopen the app, restart your device, check for app updates, uninstall and reinstall the app, or contact support if the problem persists.
I'm having login problems.
Ensure you're using the correct email and password, check that Caps Lock is off, try resetting your password, clear your browser cache if using a web browser, or contact support.
Video quality is poor.
Check your internet connection speed, reduce the number of devices using your network, adjust video quality settings in the app, restart your device, or try a different device.
I'm getting an error message.
